Tai Chi

BASCO is partnering with the Parks & Rec Dept. to offer Tai Chi classes. These classes will begin on Jan 10 and run for 12 weeks until Mar 30. The class will meet in the Civic Center Gymnasium on  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00-2:00 pm
Tai Chi is a series of individual dance movements that flow smoothly from one form to another in a sequence.
Studies have shown that older adults experience many health benefits from practicing Tai Chi.
